Service Description
This £300 deposit secures your surgery date and allows us to arrange your travel itinerary. Once your consultation has confirmed you are suitable for surgery, this payment reserves your place in our surgery schedule and allows us to begin planning your flights and hospital admission. The deposit is deducted from your final surgery balance.
Cancellation Policy
Surgery Date Deposit A £300 deposit is required to secure your surgery date and begin arranging your travel and hospital admission. This deposit confirms your place within the MWLC Health UK surgical schedule and allows the team to begin planning your procedure and travel itinerary. The £300 deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your surgery package. ⸻ Consultation and Suitability Before placing a deposit, patients must have discussed their case with the MWLC Health UK team and confirmed that they are suitable candidates for surgery. Additional medical information, photographs, or test results may be required before surgery can proceed. ⸻ Deposit Refund Policy The £300 deposit is non-refundable, as it is used to secure your surgery date and begin travel and administrative arrangements. In the event that surgery cannot proceed due to medical reasons identified during the pre-operative assessment, the MWLC team will discuss available options with the patient. ⸻ Rescheduling If a patient needs to change their surgery date, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate this where possible. Requests to reschedule must be made at least 30 days before the scheduled surgery date. ⸻ Travel Arrangements Flights and travel arrangements will be discussed and confirmed after the surgery deposit has been received. Patients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and are fit to travel. ⸻ Final Payment The remaining balance for surgery is payable prior to the procedure, according to the payment arrangements agreed with the MWLC Health UK team.
